Our Third Visit — but Not the Same Warm Welcome

Dear Mustafa Abdelkader! We visited this hotel in May 2025 — our third time choosing this exact property for our family vacation. Previously, we stayed here in September 2024 and in autumn 2022. It has become our annual tradition to return, and until now, each stay had left us with warm memories of genuine hospitality, comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine, and the unbeatable seaside location. We would like to express our gratitude for the high level of service that initially won our hearts — the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail that once set this hotel apart. However, this time, unfortunately, we did not feel the same care and recognition as loyal, returning guests. Although we had booked a room with a mountain view, the room we received felt underwhelming — not in line with what one might expect on their third visit to a hotel they’ve trusted year after year. It was located near a noisy maintenance area, where loud machinery disrupted the early mornings. The French balcony made it impossible to dry wet clothes properly, and the in-room drying system did not work efficiently. What added to our disappointment was the complete lack of acknowledgment of our loyalty: no welcome gesture, no note, no water upon arrival — nothing to suggest that the hotel recognized us as returning guests. When we kindly inquired at the reception whether a room change was possible, we were met with silence. Even after our tour operator reached out, there was no response. Ultimately, we had to pay extra to move to a more suitable room — despite the hotel being far from full, with clearly visible availability around the pool and restaurant areas. It’s unfortunate that this time we felt more like strangers than returning guests. Hospitality is not just about facilities — it’s about people and the way you make guests feel. A must try to everyone l would say..classic Hotel with one of the beautiful Lobby Lounge ever professional and charming staffs that offer you 10/10 services,we really enjoyed the desserts and teas.we all felt extremely happy and would definitely visit again...ooh and the view is just magical😍.
