I went to my first solo trip to Vida, the staff was so so nice and helpful. I went to one adventure in the desert. I talked to one man Waheed he was so nice and kind. All of the staff was super good and gave me good recommendations. I felt very safe on the trip as well because of the staff and hotell.

That kind of helpfulness really stood out and made us feel very well taken care of. Amazing trip! Maureen at the front desk was really helping with checking us in, Martin & Peter the electricians were very friendly always greeting and checking we was okay. Aneesh the house cleaning supervisor resolved the only issue with had very quickly. Would recommend Vida! The views the staff the food is top tier.

very good cleaning service by Naresh. he was very polite and cleaned our room to a very high standard. we were left feeling very satisfied. he was also efficient yet precise with his cleaning. very sweet and had excellent manners. hope to see him again at our next stay!
