463 rooms including 95 suites, across 34 floors. All with air conditioning, touch-panel lighting, work desk, flat-screen HDTV, tea/coffer maker, mini-bar*, safe and modern bathrooms. Regency Rooms are 38-40 sq m with 1 king bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Half Board Dine Around: includes lunch or dinner set menu (3-course menu inclusive unlimited soft beverages including tea and coffee) in the following restaurants: La Tablita restaurant and Market 24 restaurant (subject to change). For Eve Penthouse & Lounge (dinner only), the guests will receive a credit voucher per adult that can be used against food items.

Regency Club Rooms with club access are 38-40 sq m with 1 king bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

1 Bedroom Family Suite feature a separate living room with panoramic views of Dubai Creek, and 1 king bed.

I like this hotel situated on the creek with close proximity to the airport, and to the Dubai metro. Staff are really friendly, breakfast is good. The epic part of this hotel is the rooftop views with a restaurant and a bar. Really recommend for short visits.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its exceptionally good service, flavorful and variety of food options including Indian vageterian food, elegant internal ambiance, spacious and clean rooms, perfect location, and very comfortable bed.

Good overall experience. Very helpful and polite staff. Would definitely go back. Pillows are the best I have had in any hotel. Food was great. Nice touch with the slice of cake as it was our anniversary. Champagne was our own however they changed us £6 for them 2 flutes which I found ridiculous. Overall great stay.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. It was our first time visiting Dubai and the overall experience was amazing and memorable. The hotel was modern, elegant, clean and safe . The amenities here are outstanding such as the rooftop pool, a fully equipped gym to diverse dining offering a wide range of cuisines. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a wide range of selection which catered for so many needs. Regarding the location it was near to many attractions and close to many transport links. The service and hospitality throughout the stay was excellent. Every single staff member there were friendly, helpful, respectful and attentive which made us all feel comfortable. I can’t remember all the names but here are a few staff members who were so helpful Karim, Zeshan, Bader, Tun, Mishka, Kamelia, Zou etc. The room was very clean, spacious and housekeeping were incredible with daily checkups. Additionally there was great customer service. The manager Hussam was so kind checking in with us everyday. Even when there was a fault in our room, he offered us a complimentary suite upgrade which we were so happy and pleased with. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a memorable and luxury experience in Dubai. Read less

Highly recommend this hotel, it’s clean, staff are helpful and the location is perfect. Check in was perfect thanks to Khadija who was an angel with her excellent sales skills haha I took the paid she offered. Thank you for your patience Khadija and hope to visit the hotel again one day.
