The hotel

In an incredible location, Towers Rotana offers a wonderfully friendly base from which to explore your exciting surrounds. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms spacious and well equipped with all the home-from-home comforts you’d expect. We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel as a family of four, including two children aged 9 and 14. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were kindly offered a free upgrade to a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and an additional room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and two extra beds — which made our stay incredibly relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping staff, especially the young man responsible for our room, went above and beyond: he changed the bed linens every single day — to the point where we had to kindly let him know that daily changes weren’t even necessary. He also made sure we were always stocked with plenty of bottled water, tea, and coffee, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast, although quite busy, was very well organized. Even during peak hours, we never waited more than 10 minutes for a table, and the food was delicious and varied. Special thanks to Shyam from Flavours on Two, who was always attentive, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout our stay — he made every breakfast experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The biggest surprise came at the end of our stay — since our transfer was scheduled for 5:30 PM, the hotel generously offered us a free late check-out, which made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy our final day stress-free. Even the pool area was exceptionally maintained: sun lounger covers were changed daily, and the loungers themselves were soft, clean, and very comfortable. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family — or even as a couple — and we will definitely return! Read less

We stay in Towers Rotana hotel..its fabulous hotel .. staff is good.. We booked all tours by Salma from Mayra tours Travel desk.. it was easy instead of booking online.. i really thank her.. Last moment We cancerele one booking She arranged on another day without charges which is incredibile.. Thank You for enrything.. Will visit again..!

The Hotel is on very good location. You can reach Highway and any fast lane so fast in seconds and Metro. I would especially give my best likkes to Mr. Naimun from the Hotel Gastronomy On Two Flawors on the 2 'nd Floor. Mr Naimun was so cheerful and friendly whole time during our holiday.
