The Staff are very friendly and gives out a warm and cheerful welcome. They give extra stuff like water and fresh fruits as they welcome you. They also ask you how they could help or whatever you may need additional in your room

Also a comfortable hotel & lovely room with a nice view of the Dubai Skyline. We had a Club room and this time the Club lounge was open, it was a lovely light space with plenty of comfy sofas or tables to use depending on your needs. We were looked after in the Market Cafe and can't thank the staff enough. Faiz, Prithesh, Rajeev, Hasnath, Dipenty & Adi. Thankyou for looking after us so well The spa attendant staff as usual welcomed us back and looked after us and more. Kamal & Raju couldn't do enough to make our stay so good and are a credit to the hotel. Read less

The hotel is a little worn out and the pool area needs new sunbeds, but the service is nice, the rooms ok, although apparently the price is high for what you get
Grand Hyatt lives upto the expected high 5 star standards.

Excellent stay. Condition of very dept/room & interior designing of the hotel was really special and easy on the eyes. Most staff are really nice and helpful at all times. Good range of classy restaurants. Highly recommended for business or family stay. Closer to airport as well.
