Loved the atmosphere

I LOVE the forest oasis they have all throughout the lobby. I sat and drank a latte at Panni and was in peace. I walked around and enjoyed every piece of it. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Housekeeping even folded my clothes and organized my shoes.

While the wardrobe area was a bit small, it didn’t take away from the overall quality. Common areas such as the lounge and lobby had a welcoming aura, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you step in. A Major Letdown After Two Excellent Stays – Grand Hyatt Dubai This was my third stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai. My previous two visits were excellent, which is why I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns. • The internet connection was very poor, making it hard to work or stay connected. • My room door malfunctioned and wasn’t fixed until 12:40 a.m., with repairs continuing until 1:15 a.m. This disrupted my sleep significantly. I was only offered another room after the repair, which makes me question: why wasn’t I moved immediately when the issue was reported? • I had also requested a spare bed earlier in the day, but it was not delivered until midnight, which is unacceptable. • Most alarmingly, I was confronted by seven men, including hotel security, and the nights Manager who demanded I delete all video evidence I had taken. This was intimidating and unprofessional, and made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. As someone who chose this hotel based on past excellent experiences, I was truly shocked by the lack of professionalism and disregard for guest comfort. I hope management takes this seriously and works to restore the standards that once made this hotel a favourite. Read less
