From start to finish, what an experience. The housekeeping, the reception staff, the atmosphere, out of this world. Raja, Nilantha, Naseem, just a few names I’ll like to point out that made our stay feel unbelievable. I would defo give this hotel 5* on everything. Recommended 💯💯

The rooms are elegant, the gym looks like a Technogym showroom, and the air smells like five-star serenity. Special mention goes to the housekeeping team, made up of Filipino staff, with that kindness, grace and attentiveness that only this culture can offer. Smiling, discreet, fast and precise – they make every room a haven. Breakfast is a joy. Not just international – intergalactic. From miso soup to tropical fruit (imported but fresh and perfect), from local delicacies to every kind of pastry or dish imaginable. And then, the final touch: a little box with a homemade cookie, as if crafted by a hidden grandma just for you. What about the food overall? Don’t expect perfect al dente pasta or Neapolitan-style pizza. But pause for a moment: you’re in the desert. Everything is imported. Every ingredient has a journey behind it.
