I am a frequent visitor and this was another very good and comfortable stay. Friendly staff all the way from reception, lobby, executive lounge and room cleaning. Well equipped gym and spa. Yudha did an excellent job in keeping my room clean during the stay.

I'm still there. Even after just 3 days. I must say the service is very good. Food as well. A wide variety of choice and Room service is very pleasant. Mega thanks to Islam who is very polite and ultra helpful. The view is also magnificient. Even if we are on the smoking floor. Absolutely no foul smell.

Amazing hotel. Biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen. They have sushi, fresh honeycomb, a fresh fruit station. It's beautiful. Staying here is a must. The bedding is luxurious and the rooms are giant. There is nothing I would improve. I literally have 0 complaints about this hotel.
