We delighted to stay in one of the best luxury hotel in Dubai The Address Sky View. We made a lot of fun and very great experience specially this infinity pool and best service to our room given my very handsome man Pratham twice a day. We surely came back and also recommend to my relatives and friends.

A tad disappointed with many things. Firstly they couldn't find my reservation. Secondly, they upgraded us to a club room with none of the club benefits lol. Not even access to the club lounge. A woman who answered the phone when I called from my room to enquire if we had access to the club room - was kinda abrupt. Some corners of the room are dated. It's not a very beautiful room or anything and we are used to staying in great hotels. My 8 yr old boys commented on how "limiting" the vibe was as soon as we walked in. The bath products are in pumps stuck to the wall which I find offensive. As if we r gonna steal their products. Lol. The lotion dispenser didn't work and is empty at present as I write this. It was a great day for me and I was very happy and enjoyed it. I met hamshari, he is polite and has a very classy style and he gave me the best shisha in Dubai. Thanks to all the staff, especially hamshari, for the good reception and hospitality. I will definitely come back again.
