Where is it

The hotel's excellent Jumeirah Beach location means that plenty of water sports are on offer including kayaking and water-skiing. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 30 minutes.

All rooms have floor to ceiling windows offering views of the Arabian Gulf and the majestic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, air-conditioning, interactive HD LCD TV, WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, mini-bar*, bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, separate walk-in shower and bath, and hairdryer. 

Ocean Deluxe Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites include club benefits, and feature a separate bedroom with 1 king-size bed and living room with sea views, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suites include club benefits, and feature a separate living room, and 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds. This suite can sleep 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Family Garden Suites include club benefits, and are located on the ground floor with direct access to the outdoor pool, featuring 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

Din Islam and shakil from house keeping were amazing , they had our room clean 3 times a day , spotless every time , very nice people also really recommend this hotel for families and everyone , we will be back next year !

By far the best hotel in Dubai. It starts the moment you walk in with a warm welcome and continues with the beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are cleaned twice a day and are kept impeccably clean. This is also by far the most beautiful beach in Dubai, with a stunning view of the Burj Al Arab. As returning guests of 14 years to JBH, we expected the highest of standards upon our return this year. As returning guests of 14 years to JBH, we expected the highest of standards upon our return this year. Our holiday didn’t start off too well - the first thing we noticed was that the executive pool standards had slipped. We sometimes had to wait for 2 hours for water round the pool & staff were slack with enforcing rules of the pool. The afternoon tea food selection in the club lounge had gone downhill and hasn’t been as good as previous years. However, after raising our concerns with the staff, we noticed a total change and more of the JBH we have come to know and love. The service round the pool massively improved and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. Special recognition should go to Asad from the executive lounge and Rayhan and Shagun from the pool team. Jennifer, Regie and their teams are fantastic - they all went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Jojee is a credit to JBH. He is always smiling, always checking in on the guests and did more than enough to make sure we were having a good time. He made our stay extra special and is one of the reasons we will be returning. Overall, we had a great holiday. The rooms are always cleaned to the highest standard, the beds are incredibly comfy and the food in the restaurants were fantastic. Read less
