Where is it

Located on the East Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, 700 metres from Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark, and a 20-minute drive from Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Luxury Sea View Room with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Board Basis options:

Half Board option: includes breakfast and guests are entitled to choose either lunch or dinner on a daily basis when staying on Half Board. Dine-around concept is available in 6 selected outlets mentioned below. On 31 Dec Half Board will be available for lunch only.

Redeemable at Manava, Zoya, Porterhouse, The World Eatery, Moana or Hong Loong. Drinks served by the glass only. Cocktails, mocktails and smoothies are excluded.

Full Board option: same as the Half Board option but with lunch and dinner. On 31 Dec Full Board is not available.

Beach Suite Palm View also available. Beach Suites include access to the Premier Lounge, with complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and Apero Chic (cocktails and canapes) from 5:00-7:00pm, as well as dedicated check-in/check-out and concierge.

Opera Suite with 2 king-size beds, separate living room and sofa suitable for a child, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child (below 12 years). Opera Suites include access to the Premier Lounge, with complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and Apero Chic (cocktails and canapes) from 5:00-7:00pm, as well as dedicated check-in/check-out and concierge.

Signature Palm Suites feature a large balcony offering garden or sea views, separate living room with a sofa bed, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years). These suites include complimentary spa access, Premier Lounge access with complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and Apero Chic (cocktails and canapes) from 5:00-7:00pm, as well as 24-hour butler service.

One Bedroom Apartment, with master en-suite bedroom with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant, or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).

We ate dinner in Moana restaurant, i think this is the best restaurant in the hotel. Very accomodating staffs. their Fish & Chips is so good. Thanks to Umesh for his wonderful service. Will definitely coming back again. Thanks Moana restaurant!

Amazing stay we have been to Dubai over ten times and this is one of the best hotels. The service was fantastic especially Jaber from the premier lounge such fantastic service and really look after we will be back in October. The food was amazing too,

I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beach, and the service was exceptional. The entire team was extremely friendly, especially the employee Sampson, who made our stay much easier by assisting us with many things. Thank you to the hotel and its management for a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at Sofitel, the Palm. The hotel is really family friendly, both the facilities and the staff. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment., which was spacious and well equipped. We had a great stay at Sofitel, the Palm. The hotel is really family friendly, both the facilities and the staff. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment., which was spacious and well equipped. The food is excellent, and choice of many great and varied restaurants. To give a balanced review, we did feel the half board could have included one complimentary drink each (what I have experienced elsewhere, but first time in Dubai, so unsure how compares). Even a bottle of water for the table would have been fine, but this was £7. Soft drinks for 4 was around £20 and alcoholic drinks were £10-15 each. Whilst our choice, we were often spending at least £30 on drinks, and sometimes £50 plus at each meal on drinks. To be clear - at breakfast, there isn’t a charge for tea, coffee and juices. It didn’t spoil our stay, but just some honest feedback. Read less
