It's nice hotel with clean place and view. The most important things also is the reason why u always coming back the staff are very hospitable especially Mr. Rob or Robin the Supervisor of Front office or his duty Manager in Reception from the start we came we feel very welcome. Excellent 👌 keep up the good work Mr. Rob

This hotel has everything! The location is perfect. Food was beautiful the smoothies were delicious. Ice lollies are given out on the beach which is a lovely touch.

The beach area is gorgeous. The sunbeds the hotel provide are luxury with loads of umbrellas to cover you from the extreme heat. They provide towels and also have beach games to keep you entertained. For the location you don't really have anything round you where you could walk to (shops/restaurants). The hotel does have a restaurant and a supermarket. If I didn't eat at the hotel I ordered food from the "Grab App" and it got delivered to my room door!. The hotel also provide a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall which came in very handy. I would highly recommend this hotel. Read less

Customer service guys are all very helpful, they are able to fix the issues. I asked to re-program the AC and the technician came down promptly and did what I wanted- he programmed the AC off-on when i want. Before that AC was always on- as it would go on automatically, detecting movement in the room. The electrical lock was not functioning once… Read more
