Great second stay at this hotel. Room was unbelievable. Service very good including our host Abdul. Good very good overall. A few disappointments in that no boat shuttle to the Palm (for 2 months) and restaurants closed on different nights leaving very little options for A la carte. Farez, Attila, and Elizabeth embodied the true art of hospitality: sincere smiles, the right words, discreet but powerful gestures. You don’t feel like a guest here. You feel expected, honored, valued. We were fortunate to receive a very special gesture — a quiet yet refined upgrade that elevated our entire stay. Every morning, we woke up to the majesty of the Palm Jumeirah unfolding before our eyes. Watching the sun rise over the calm sea, as the perfect shape of the Palm emerged on the horizon… it was simply unreal. In that setting, surrounded by elegance and care in every detail, we truly felt like a prince and princess — if only for a few days. The rest of our stay lived up to that first impression: The pools are vast, impeccably clean, with chilled towels and icy bottles of water offered before you even think to ask. Children are joyfully welcomed, with water toys available, while parents bask in serenity. And the beach? Wide, quiet, pristine. A rare luxury, lovingly maintained. But the most breathtaking sight — and scent — was without doubt the gardens. Hectares of flawlessly manicured lawns, lush and soft underfoot, as perfect as those of an English estate, but under the Arabian sun. I had never seen such care. Never. As someone who tends lovingly to his own small patch of grass back home, I know how much work it takes to reach this level — and here, it’s done across an entire estate. And then there’s that gentle fragrance floating through the air: the delicate scent of frangipani blossoms, accompanying each walk like a floral whisper. The dining experiences were equally exquisite. From breakfast at The Rotisserie or Olives, to the graceful refinement of Tagine or Trèsind, each meal was an ode to flavor, generosity, and craft. And how could we forget the fountain scattered with thousands of rose petals? It captures everything this place makes you feel: beauty, tenderness, wonder. Thanks to the hotel, we were even able to enjoy a dream-filled day at Aquaventure Atlantis, adding another perfect chapter to an already unforgettable escape. ⸻ We would also like to thank every member of the team, including those working behind the scenes whom we cannot name individually — not because they’re forgotten, but because they are too many to list, and each of them contributed to this enchanted pause in our lives. Simply amazing! The staff are very attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Kids loved it and were looked after very well. Housekeeping was on point and the room was cleaned as soon as we stepped out. One of the most comfortable stays and we will be back very soon.
