The pool area and bar are both beautiful and relaxing. A wide variety of restaurants offer diverse cuisines: Cucina, the Italian restaurant, was absolutely amazing. There’s also Mediterranean, Peruvian, Japanese, and Korean cuisine—and that’s just what I had the chance to try! As a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, I usually enjoy the standard benefits offered at participating hotels, but the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah truly went above and beyond. They hosted a special cocktail night and even extended a personal invitation from the hotel manager, Rania Chamoun—who was incredibly personable, accommodating, and simply a wonderful person. You can find her everywhere in the hotel—at the breakfast buffet, in the lobby, personally assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and making sure every guest’s needs are met. She’s a true professional, and it was a genuine pleasure to speak with her. Special shoutout to Rania for running such an outstanding establishment! As for the breakfast buffet—what an experience! The selection was incredible, possibly the best egg station I’ve seen in all my travels. Every morning, they featured a different “dish of the day,” each one consistently delicious. A wide variety of fresh juices were available, and I want to give special thanks to Swam, who works in the breakfast area. He remembered exactly how I take my coffee and brought it to my table without me even asking—every single day of my stay. Sometimes, I wouldn’t even see him, yet I’d return from refilling my plate to find my double espresso waiting for me. Amazing service from an amazing guy who made breakfast truly memorable. This wasn’t our first stay at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, and it definitely won’t be our last. Every time we visit Dubai, we choose this hotel because it truly feels like our second home. The hotel itself is beautiful the views are stunning, and the rooms are always spotless and comfortable. But what really makes this place special is the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Anil from the front office, who consistently goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Marriott is truly lucky to have him. We’d also like to thank Sabuhi and his team Ameya and Kalim for always being ready to assist with a smile. Both lunch and dinner buffet equally had a good variety each day which was really great. The staff pays attention to details and always willing to help. Arabic adventures located at the hotel makes it easier to book excursions. The bad😌- I had arranged the shuttle car directly with the hotel, the car which picked us up from the airport had a cracked windscreen from top to bottom. Considering that this was our first impression after landing in Dubai, this was totally unacceptable. The driver himself was great though. Read less
