Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

387 rooms and 43 suites. All with open plan bathrooms, HD LCD TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). Resort Deluxe rooms are open plan with lovely resort views.

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included. 

Please note: some restaurants require a supplement fee.

Ocean Deluxe rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views.

Resort Superior rooms have extended terraces with views over the resorts gardens and swimming pools.

Pool Terrace rooms enjoy direct access to the resorts adult pool.

Quality of food are top of the top, everything is fresh and delicious: At the main restaurant we were happy to be served by our favorite and the best restaurant supervisor Emad ! This visit we also met a restaurant supervisor at the main restaurant Anand , he is serving guests very nicely and makes our dinners so enjoyable ! The Anamul prepared for us fruits cut every morning with the big heart and kind smile! At the beach Muhtar taken care of us so nicely . Room cleaning was done perfectly and on time. Where to start…Simply exceptional and possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in Dubai. We booked this hotel at the last minute to stay the following week. Online check-in was completed via email which was quick and efficient. We requested an early check-in due to the flight landing in the early morning which upon arrival was fulfilled. We booked an Ocean View Deluxe Room which was a fantastic room for its size with a beautiful spacious bathroom. During our first day, we requested to change rooms due to personal circumstances. This was raised with the reception team, due to the hotel being at capacity it was not possible to switch rooms that day. However, we were advised we could try the next day, upon speaking to Georgina and Bec (Manager) they were able to provide us with a new room to our satisfaction. We cannot praise either of them enough as they went above and beyond our expectation and really made the effort to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful in many days, clean and amazing service throughout from the valet to the bellboys, breakfast team and the pool attendants. We had afternoon tea at Al Mada within the hotel. The afternoon tea was amazing and as we were celebrating a special occasion they provided us gifts. This was a lovely special touch. Hotels themselves are just a building but what separates them is the service provided. I cannot reiterate how good the service was at this hotel. We liked the hotel so much that we have booked to stay in November 2025. Special mentions – Allesandra, Georgina, Bec – Reception Mark and team - Valet Ismail – Pool Attendant who was always smiling and looked after us each day when we were poolside. Read less
