This hotel deserves the honors and praise, amazing stay. This hotel understands so well what luxury is, understand the guests, looks after every detail and executes with precision. Stayed for four nights wish i could have stayed longer. From the checkin procedure, the room tour, the turn down service and even the room cleaning everything is done with so much intent. Would you like to have a coffee delivered with your wake up calll? Amazing. Nothing is too much, a great experience The hotel has a more classic design but everything works well, great bed, lovely rainshower and good light controls. The option to use the facilities of the Royal meridien adds the cherry on top. A small improvement would be the breakfast, although good coffee, great service and large variety. I found the fruit to taste mediocre, egg cookery to be inconsistent and also the crepes / pancakes are very pale, not crispy. This hotel is one of the greats, will return. Read less

From the airport pick up to an early check in we felt like home. Every staff member made us feel welcome. They were very helpful and friendly. I can't forget to mention Nirmal the house keeper. He provided us with an amazing service with focus on every detail. We can't wait to go back to Dubai and we would happily return to this hotel due to the exceptional service offered. Read less
