Where is it

Situated along the picturesque Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area, which is a popular waterfront community in Dubai, known for its stunning beachfront views, upscale shopping, dining options and vibrant atmosphere. The beach is just across the road. 30 minutes away from the centre of Dubai. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Half Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast and dinner served at Horizon, plus dinner served in Rosso Benihana and JB's. Dinner is served with 1 soft drink.

Full Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at Horizon (buffet), lunch and dinner are served with 1 soft drink. Lunch and dinner at Rosso, served with 1 soft drink. Lunch at Sundeck Pool Bar, served with 1 soft drink. Lunch and dinner at JB's, served with 1 soft drink. Dinner at Benihana, served with 1 soft drink.

All Inclusive Dine Around option: includes the same meal options as Full Board dine around, plus selected unlimited drinks served in the mentioned restaurants with alcoholic beverages available from 12:00pm to 10:30pm.

I have just retuned back to the UK after a week’s stay at the hotel Rotana. I wanted to take a few moments to share with you all my experience. This was my second visit, and I am already looking forward to my third stay. I am a fussy customer. I have enjoyed the most bliss full of stays. The hotel surroundings are ideal for an action-packed experience, the hotel, its facilities and location are ideal and without doubt imbue a flair of elegance and poise. The greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. What I love mostly is that there is no hierarchy to the attention provided – it does not matter what level of staff you are liaising with – the customer focus in second to none. No matter what department, level or experience staff members may have they all gave me a unique personalised experience. I really want to give a personal mention to the deputy manager Mubarak (he tended to my personal requirements) with commitment, attention and action. Another member of staff I wish to mention is Purity (hostess in the lounge). In our package we had access to the club lounge located on the 25th floor. Every evening Purity tended to our every request attentively, considerately and with a beautiful smile. I genuinely wish the hotel realises what an asset they have in Purity – long may they support her professional growth. Wish you all the very best of season. This is my absolute favourite hotel! Our first visit was June last year and we fell in love with everything about this hotel. We returned this year the end of May. From management all the way through the staff, you couldn’t ask for a better service. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your trip the best experience. I didn’t think we would have a better experience than last years visit but we certainly did. The service we received is first class throughout. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. All members of staff greet you wherever you are with a warm smile. It really makes a difference. The hotel is situated in a prime location with a beautiful pool and beach a few minutes walk across the road. I honestly cannot find any fault about Amwaj Rotana. There are many restaurants and places to shop right on your doorstep, on The Walk JBR., which is a bustling area that excites you whenever you venture outside the hotel. We love this hotel it was our fourth stay in this hotel and we go back because it’s very clean, nice friendly staff, plenty choices of food, location to attractions , nice clean pool and kids pool very close to beach . This hotel is around 30 min from DXB airport 👍🏻

Best location , service and facilities. The views are amazing. Several activities to do at a walking fistance from tbe hotel with direct beach access. Very many choices of restaurants next to the hotel The staff at tge hotel were very friendly and the service on time.
