Address Beach Resort is located in Jumeirah Beach Residence, nestled in the heart of The Beach, close to waterfront leisure, dining destinations, retail outlets and entertainment. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: approximately 30 minutes.

Board basis options

Breakfast Included: breakfast served at The Restaurant from 6:30am - 11:00am (timings subject to change). Breakfast does not include alcoholic beverages.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and lunch or dinner. Lunch at The Restaurant or The Beach Grill (set menu). Dinner at The Beach Grill or Li’ Brasil (set menu).

Half Board Lunch+ option: available for Club Marina City View Rooms, Club Sea View Rooms and Club One Bedroom Executive Seaview Suites. Includes buffet spread at The Restaurant and lunch buffet from 12:30pm - 3:00pm with an alcoholic beverage package.

Deluxe Marina City View Room with Balcony, furnished with rich interiors and feautring your own private balcony overlooking Dubai Marina, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe Sea View Rooms are spacious, offering views of the infinite ocean and iconic Ain Dubai, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe Sea View Room with Balcony, feauring your own private balcony to enjoy the stunning views, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One Bedroom Sea View Suites feature a private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults.

One Bedroom Executive Sea View Suites with Balcony are spacious, larger suites featuring your own private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf, and complimentary breakfast, as well as VIP welcome amenities and happy hour at Li’ Brasil (selected house beverages only, restricted to the bar area from 5pm to 7pm), with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

Li’ Brasil (indoor and outdoor cocktail bar and lounge, and restaurant serving Lebanese and Brazilian cuisine). The Beach Grill (relaxed outdoor bar serving fresh, tender grills). Lobby Lounge (offering light snacks and refreshments). Zeta Seventy Seven (located on level 77, with breath-taking views and an Asian inspired menu). Room service is available as per the a la carte menu, and is chargeable upon consumption.

World’s highest outdoor infinity pool (adults-only, 21 years and over). Further pools include the Adult Pool, Family Pool and Kids SplashPad. The Spa* at Address (the highest spa in Dubai, with panoramic views from all treatment rooms and a range of treatments). 24-hour fitness centre. QIX Club (kids club with a range of stimulating activities, open 9:00am-9:00pm).

So we have just returned from our 6th stay at wonderful Address beach resort and still have so many wonderful things to say about it. So we have just returned from our 6th stay at wonderful Address beach resort and still have so many wonderful things to say about it. We were lucky enough to get a super upgrade as returning guests and also as with it being my sons 24th birthday to a suite which was amazing, I got to have a bath with the view of the sunset! Thanks to Loreen, Douglas and Naomi For help with this at reception. The hotel has a new manager Luke James, which I was lucky enough to meet. Luke has made a few changes which are fabulous especially being able to redeem half board with a small charge to go to Mott 32 which is a Michelin star Chinese/pan Asian restaurant, which we went to twice as the food was amazing, special thanks to Coco who served us and Jack the manager. You can also redeem at Zeta 77 which we also did and had a 3 course meal on our sun loungers at the infinity pool on floor 77 with the amazing view of the palm, with thanks to Karim for serving us plenty of cocktails. The housekeeping team also need a mention, every time you leave your room you come back to find it ‘new’ again, with plentiful supplies of water, tea coffee and creamy milk to add. They decorated our room for my son’s birthday and left gifts of chocolates, fruit and flowers and was also lovely to get a ‘welcome back’ on the bed when we first walked in, they also left little notes for us which was lovely. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the smell even when you first walk in is amazing, the whole hotel is modern, so clean and all the rooms I have ever stayed in have been amazing, I definitely recommend getting the sea/palm view it’s well worth it. I am returning in September with my sister which I can’t wait. Special thanks to Loreen who has looked after us all of our 6 visits and has become a friend, also Douglas and Naomi at reception, Coco and Jack at Mott 32, Karim at Zeta, all the housekeeping team and also everyone at breakfast, and a big thumbs up to Luke James for maintaining the high standard of this Hotel, thank you all, see you in September, Samantha and Reece ❤️ Read less

We had an amazing time, the hotel and all of its facilities were lovely. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job each day and evening, tidying the room and keeping the fruit bowl stocked. A big thankyou to Masayyab who helped up every morning, setting up our sun beds with towel pillows, brining over water in ice buckets, getting the attention… Read more
