252 modern rooms and suites with marble bathrooms, walk in rain shower, and separate bath tub. All guest rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony, dark wood panelling, marble floors, signature bedding and leather headboards, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and media panel, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini bar*, luxury bath amenities, and safe. 

Fairmont View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and partial sea views of the Arabian Gulf. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Board basis options

Breakfast included: includes breakfast at Spectrum.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and lunch or dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet only) at Spectrum restaurant. Alternatively, instead of the buffet for lunch and dinner, guests can have the option of AED 50 dine around credit per adult, per meal, per day. This credit can be used at one of the signature à la carte restaurants: Gioia Italian Restaurant, Kiyi Turkish Restaurant. Unlimited service of selected alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, available during meals and at designated hotel bars (according to each outlet operational hours). A list of beverage selections will be available at designated bars and restaurants.

Please note: a 5-night minimum stay is required for All Inclusive. Room service, mini-bar and ice cream are not included in the All Inclusive package.

Room upgrades

Fairmont Sea View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and feature unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 5–14 and their higher elevation gives them some of the most stunning sea views in the emirate. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have separate living and bedroom areas and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. These rooms have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.

Family Rooms consist of 2 interconnecting Fairmont View rooms, one room with 1 king-size bed and the second room with twin beds. They can sleep a maximum 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults. These rooms enjoy sea views.

The larger 1-Bedroom Corner Suites come with 1 king-sized bed and a separate living area, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

5 exquisite restaurants and lounges including: Kiyi Turkish Restaurant (dinner), Gioia Italian Restaurant (lunch and dinner), Spectrum Lobby Lounge (serving breakfast, afternoon tea, plus light bites and refreshments throughout the day), Spectrum Restaurant (all-day dining), and Salt & Sea swim up pool bar (serving light meals and drinks).

Mr. Bassem was very helpful and Mr. Rahul was very knowledgeable… and when you start your stay with such phenomenal service its bound to be a great stay. Beach is clean, breakfast very good and rooms are spacious with excellent views of the ocean. Will be here again

Lovely hotel and amazing staff. Will definitely come here again. Rachel and Rakshyalk, princess and April were outstanding! A real credit to the hotel. Our whole trip was filled with friendly faces and our children were treated like royalty!

Great hotel, and fantastic service from Marc at the front desk, nothing was too much trouble. Spacious and clean rooms, staff go above and beyond to provide the best service. The hotel overall was very clean and well kept, and the main canteens food was delicious.

Fantastic hotel and services. If you go to the buffet restaurant Racheal will make sure your are looked after, she was pleasing and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to this area.
