What a fabulous hotel with staff who are very attentive, polite and very helpful. A special thank you to Prity, Judy and of course Tushar who after only one day, knew my morning drink without having to be told. What a memory he has! The rooms are very comfortable and those pillows, you just sink into them. Housekeeping gave us clean towels every day and fresh water and refilled the tea and coffee facilities without fail. The pools are lovely, cold which is just what you need in temperatures of 38 and above. The sea is like a tepid bath it’s that warm. There are x2 all inclusive packages = standard and premium. With the standard package, you are only able to go to the selections restaurant and Italian without having to pay extra money. Whereas with the premium package, I believe you can enter all restaurants without a further charge. We missed out on that experience but to be fair, the selections restaurant was perfectly adequate for our 8 night stay. The hotel should consider just having 1 all inclusive package so that every guest can experience the restaurants on offer. There is a lack of entertainment in the hotel if this is what you look for in a hotel. To be honest, it’s far too hot during the day for sightseeing, we did this during the evening when it was slightly cooler. Therefore, the lack of entertainment didn’t actually bother us as we were out sightseeing. Taxi’s are cheap and an easy way to see what Abu Dhabi has on offer. Taxi’s are always available from the hotel. Check in and out was smooth and an easy process. Overall, an excellent hotel, I couldn’t fault it. Read less
