Having visited the UAE for many years this was our first visit to the Hilton Hotel on Yas Island and what an amazing hotel and Location. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was five star and catered for specific needs and allergies on request. Many thanks to Amer, Sumaya and Idan who went above and beyond to enhance our dining experiences. The pool and kids club were outstandingly clean and well organised with professional, friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel provided free access passes to Yas waterpark, Sea world, Warner Brothers and Ferrari world. These were all outstanding and an amazing saving. We all really loved this hotel as a family of four Firstly the negatives is the layout of the Main Buffet, so cramped and children running riot. Secondly the drinks selection for All Inclusive wasnt the best. Nothing other than water at your room, I think some other drinks should be provided too. Positives Never had an issue getting an lounger throughout the day, there is no sunbed wars first thing and even at 9 or 10am you can get them easily. The People at the Pool bar are amazing, every single one of them in those checked Blue uniforms. I forgotten one of their names who was great, but a special mention to Watson.... such a legend. Always stopped what he was doing and checked if you needed something. Same at kids club, such nice workers there. Also Cairan (manager of some kind) who I always seen during mealtimes. I had dropped my phone between the gap of the Lift and he was able to call an external company and have it retrieved within a few hours. Location of hotel great with complimentary shuttles taking you to all the parks. Overall it was a brilliant holiday and every staff member were great. Never been to a better hotel where Staff are so accomodating. Read less
