מלון טוב, אני אוהב לשבת במסעדת הלובי, אוכל טוב וקפה טוב ושירות טוב. הכל טוב חוץ מאיזה מלצר דרעק בשם יאיר שלא מוכן לתת לי שירות אף פעם, יאיר נותן שירות רק לתיירים או לנשים, ואני גבר ישראלי אז הוא מתעלם ממני. אני יכול לקרוא לו 5 פעמים והוא יתעלם ממני כאילו אני אויר, או שיגיד לי עוד רגע וילך לאחרים וכך מייבש אותי 40-50 דקות כשהוא משרת את החדשים שבאים - ואני צריך למצוא פתרון איך להזמין. תמיד כשאני רואה שהוא נמצא אני יודע שאצא בהרגשה זיפתית. אציין שבשום מקום לא נתקלתי במלצר שמסרב במכוון לתת שירות לחלק מהלקחות, אין דברים כאלה, התופעה של יאיר זה משהו חריג וייחודי. אבל שוב, חוץ מהדרעק יאיר כל המלצרים מאוד אדיבים ונחמדים, ונותנים שירות טוב, ובאמת שכולם סבבה לגמרי, יאיר הוא הדרעק היחידי בלובי. תודה על רגעים טובים וחוויות טובות כשלא יאיר הוא שנמצא. [ובכן, אם הוא נמצא עם מלצר נוסף אני מזמין דרך המלצר הנוסף והכל בסדר, אני בז ליאיר שלא נותן לי שירות ומרגיש את עצמו מינימום כמנכ״ל המלון. אבל לפעמים הוא נמצא לבד בחלק העליון של הלובי, אז אני יושב בחלק התחתון כדי שאקבל שירות, אבל הבעיה היא כאשר החלק התחתון מלא ופנוי רק למעלה, וכשיאיר שם ואני בדווקא לא מקבל שירות כי הדרעק הזה מתעלם ממני, ואני בבעיה. אני נאלץ לבקש ממנהל המשמרת (למטה) או מהבריסטה (בבר) שיבקשו מיאיר שכן יקח ממני הזמנה, ואז הוא מגיע עם פרצוף נאחס כאילו איזו טובה הוא עושה לי שהוא לוקח ממני הזמנה. ותמיד זה לא נעים וההרגשה זיפתית.] ההמלצה שלי למלון לא לשבץ את הדרעק הזה לבד, כדי שכל האורחים יוכלו לקבל שירות, זה לא לעניין הסלקציה המכוערת שעושה יאיר והיחס המגעיל, זה לא מכבד את המלון. Terrible Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs

We stayed at Hilton Tel Aviv for 5 nights with family—including my wife, our 6-month-old baby, and extended family. For one night, we booked a total of 8 rooms, clearly making this an important visit. Despite being a Hilton Diamond member and having stayed at many hotels around the world, this stay was by far the worst experience I've ever had, especially regarding customer service. From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were cold, unfriendly, and clearly poorly trained. They couldn't answer basic questions about the hotel, like parking arrangements, causing confusion right from the start. One issue involved our teenage nephews being rudely thrown out of the hotel pool. Staff bluntly told them, "it's not a public pool,". They provided their room number and said they were guests, but this didn't help. When we reported this to reception, instead of an apology, we received excuses and accusations without anyone checking the facts. They unfairly suggested the kids were misbehaving, which was completely untrue. Breakfast was another disaster. The hotel incorrectly charged us for 8 breakfasts instead of the actual 6. When we tried clarifying this repeatedly, front desk staff, especially Tanya and her colleague, were incredibly rude, rolling their eyes and openly accusing us of dishonesty. When we asked to speak to the manager, Moti, he was even worse. He flat-out refused to believe us or check security cameras to verify the truth, rudely dismissed our concerns, and arrogantly said he was already "doing us a favor" by not charging us for even more people. Other issues included a hotel-arranged taxi refusing to use its meter, clearly trying to scam us, showing that the hotel isn't properly vetting their endorsed taxi services. During one of the breakfasts, the omelet cook was openly using his personal phone while making food, which was unhygienic and unprofessional. I was also rudely confronted by a staff member when I wore a robe from the sauna back to my room—she aggressively told me off and only backed down without any apology when I explained I was a hotel guest heading to my room. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff were friendly, professional, and thorough. Also, the hotel's location and views are nice. But unfortunately, these positives couldn't make up for the incredibly poor service, rude behavior, and disrespectful treatment from staff and management. I strongly recommend travelers avoid Hilton Tel Aviv. Management urgently needs to fix these serious service issues, but sadly, the current management itself appears to be a big part of the problem. These people shouldn't be running a hotel, let alone a Hilton. Read less

מלון נוראי לא נתנו לי להיות בספא או בחדר כושר היה לי צלחת מתחת לשמיכה המים הקרים הם בעצם חמים והחמים הם קרים הטלוויזיה דפוקה והשלט מחזיר אותי תמיד לפורטל הברכה לא מראה כמה היא עמוקה אין מציל היה לי עכבר מת במגירה ובקיצור המלון הזה דפוק בטירוף לא ממליץ

Extrêmement déçu, le personnel de réception n’est pas motivé, Certains personnels sont perçus comme agressifs . Si je veux le formuler, autrement, je dirais que je n’ai pas eu pour mon argent ! Great Stay

Really lovely hotel right on the beach. Hotel was impeccably clean and well maintained. We stayed on the Vista level and really enjoyed the lounge which has amazing views of the sea, Tel Aviv and old Jaffa. The lounge also has snacks, food and liquor available throughout the day. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast there or in the restaurant downstairs which has a lovely and lavish spread. Location is great as we were able to walk to many places or easily get a taxi. In the mornings, there is easy access to the boardwalk for walks or runs by the beach. Will definitely return. Read less
