All Inclusive includes: daily breakfast and lunch at Rendez-Vous, and dinner at Rendez-Vous or Mosaic (reservations required), unlimited local spirits, wines, draught beers and soft drinks from 10:00am-11:30pm at the bar, and a selection of drinks in the in-room mini-bar (refilled once daily).

Spent the day at Preskil Island Resort with the Day Package and absolutely loved it! The staff were welcoming, the views were stunning, and the facilities top-notch. Stunning setting with gorgeous views - but the service didn’t match up to the surroundings

We stayed at Preskil Island Resort from 12th–17th January. It’s in a beautiful location — the views are just stunning. The resort is on its own island, and from our room (we stayed in the junior suite as it was a special occasion) we could see the sea, some islands opposite, and the beach right in front of us. We’ve put a photo of the view up at home, to help us remember it, but it doesn’t really do it justice. The room itself was also lovely — clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we had our own little balcony. One highlight was a romantic breakfast boat ride that my wife had arranged for us (with a supplement). It was just the two of us (with the boat driver) out on the water — it was peaceful, relaxing, and made for a really memorable moment during our trip. It was definitely a highlight - and worth the additional money. However, while the setting was incredible, we found the service didn’t consistently live up to the same standard. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and polite, but there didn’t seem to be a joined-up approach. For instance, one lunchtime a guest accidentally dropped a glass on their way out. Several staff walked past it without clearing it — not out of rudeness, but it seemed like everyone assumed it was someone else’s job. Small things like that just added up as for us we had to then walk round the glass for most of the lunchtime to get to the buffet. The oddest moment was actually as we were leaving for the airport. Our taxi was stopped by security as we were trying to leave the island and told our account hadn’t been paid. We were therefore not allowed to leave until it was sorted - and we had to drive back to the hotel. It was confusing, since we’d checked out that morning, and it felt like we’d done something wrong based on the way we were treated. It turned out a new guest had already checked into our old room and they hadn’t paid for something, but somehow this was showing as our issue. It got sorted eventually, but it was a very strange experience to end on — especially when you’re trying to catch a flight! Overall, we’re glad we stayed to enjoy the views and the boat ride, but we probably only needed to stay for one or two nights (and then spent longer at another resort). The surroundings are gorgeous, but the service experience left us feeling a little underwhelmed compared to other places we stayed on the island. Read less
