Fantastic trip at Varu Maldives. What a great find the lagoon in which the hotel is situated is Krystal clear for literally miles. Really incredible resort with amazing staff. I highly recommend all the restaurants here the staff cannot do enough for you and the charcoal and Maldivian restaurants are outstanding It’s 45 minutes by speedboat, which was a breeze when you arrive to the resort you see how you it looks even though it’s only five years old everything is so welcoming and inviting. You feel like you’re in pure paradise. The team really are incredible. They cannot do enough. They make you happy they try and go above and beyond all the time. I can’t thank the staff there enough including the likes of the GM May, Chef Gurpreet and also Vita was amazing. All the staff at the hotel are so welcoming and they want you to have a great time. All the food and drinks are included, which is fantastic and everything is readily available. I loved our Water Villa we had incredible views of Crystal clear waters. The island this Hotel sits on really is something that would compare with the very top top hotels in Maldives. It really is that amazing. There was many facilities here again, non-water sports all included and the pool is very large excellent for families or there is water bungalows with pools for couples also. The evening entertainment is brilliant Main bar remains open until 1 am which is and there were always lots of people at the bar every night, which was a great atmosphere, unlike many other resorts I will definitely be back. I’m a big fan now of the atmosphere Brand. Their hotels are the best in the Maldives if you’re looking for an all inclusive option that even includes spa. The spot itself is against Sat amazingly in the and has its own mini pool that you can book so there is no end to the luxury by the atmosphere plan, which is what I highly recommend for anyone attending this hotel If you want a all-inclusive hotel, which includes food drinks spa and activities, including boat trips to see sharks this is the best best brand and for me I’d choose this hotel again It’s always the people that make the hotel and the staff here are the best that I’ve encountered since coming to the Maldives regularly and staying in some of their sister hotels like Ozen Madhu. The accommodation experience was excellent. We stayed in a pool villa for two nights and a beach villa for two nights. Each room type had its own unique features, providing us with very different experiences. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The service staff were very enthusiastic. Every time we returned to the room after going out, it was cleaned very neatly and tidily. Even the items we randomly placed were arranged neatly. I would like to especially thank my Chinese butler, Zune. She is a very lovely, considerate and enthusiastic girl. She provided us with a lot of help during this trip and saved us a lot of trouble. Whenever I forgot to bring something or needed something, she generously provided it to me. And she always helped us make timely reservations for the activities we wanted to experience. Every time we saw the staff on the road, they would greet us warmly. In short, this trip to Varu was really a wonderful experience! Read less

The snorkelling sites nearby are beautiful, Nu is the best restaurant in this resort with excellent food and wonderful over water view. The PADI dive center in this resort is above standard, we have a wonderful time with our instructor Ramee. Our butler, Zune is sweet and accommodating, we have good care with her during our stay. The only recommendation to the management team is: If the guest is late for scheduled activity for more than 15 minutes. They shall count them no show. Over 20 guests waited for almost 30 minutes for 5 late coming guests, it may ruin the activity (i.e. missing the great timing to enjoy sunset at the sea) and also the next schedule for other on time guests. I stayed here for six days. All the employees were very kind and the facilities were also great. In particular, the drinks served at the bar were very good. I thank the staff of the bar, Sahoo, Udip & Sanju bar team. We have been provided with the best drinks and services. I was happy to have friendly and fun employees.
