Two stays and one not very nice. I blame ownership and management. Not staff.

My experience here was mixed room itself was fine. Location good and shuttle and driver are both excellent. My experience here was mixed room itself was fine. Location good and shuttle and driver are both excellent. The staff were friendly but I was surprised about how liberal the management is and a really bad service episode too. The front desk staff dressed like star wars characters? Should that not be for their own time. Not while on duty? Kind of silly as most proper hotels have dress codes. Likely its just a slide when you don’t pay proper wages you get disinterested kids. I personally blame management and ownership on this. Where is proper training? I was sick one night on a stay here and I called down to speak I guess to a kid on duty (the only one on duty at 2:00 am) and asked for extra water and towels because I was being sick. He said he could not leave his post. He could have pit up a back in 5 sign but again not trained probably and only one on duty. So I slept on the saturated towels on the floor in the washroom. Do I blame him. Not really he is just the symptom of a much bigger problem at this property. Where are the parents and owners..? Maybe the managers are also kids with giant student loans… anyway if you don’t expect much this place might work out for you. On the shuttle leaving was the good part. I hope to never stay here again. Read less
