Filthy rooms, mold, bugs, dirt 1 manager for 3 buildings seems to be a dilapidated timeshare, mismanaged. Avoid if you have hygiene. Disrespectful staff. They smirk and laugh about dirty conditions and are clearly jaded and unsurprised. The standard at the hotel is “gross” and it shows.

I received the most excellent guidance from Rachel Simpson with the concierge service at the hotel. The level of customer service she provided was stellar! She went to all lengths to help me plan and navigate my way through our Disney experience. Don't miss this opportunity to let her help you with your trip. She went above and beyond to explain the in's and out's of everything Disney and truly helped ease my nerves about making the most of our experience. I purchased our park tickets through her as well and with her expertise, I was able to add other things to help maximize our experience. I highly suggest using this service for everything you need! As much as things change at Disney, it's wonderful to have access to this knowledge right through the hotel! Read less

It’s okay my problem with this hotel is they book groups in so you will have groups of teenagers making lots of noise, stayed here a few years ago and it was the same then so if you want a quiet hotel don’t bother.breakfast ok but obviously very busy so getting a seat is difficult.
Good location for Disney visitors, but I would look for better options.

The hotel has an excellent location for those visiting Disney parks and features a good gym, but the positives stop there. It is a very basic hotel with no other noteworthy advantages. Even though it is a budget-friendly option, there are better choices available for the same price. The hotel has outdated accommodations, and the breakfast is truly terrible—served on cardboard plates with plastic cutlery, with extremely limited options. There is a $25 daily parking fee. The package room takes over 15 minutes to locate any item. Housekeeping service is awful—they "forgot" to make the beds on two out of five days. Read less
