The best part of this hotel is honestly the people , you feel like family. No problem was too big or too small. The best part of this hotel is honestly the people , you feel like family. No problem was too big or too small. We traveled to Florida from the UK to take our two small children to Disney world and this hotel made the stay even more magical.! There was a meet Mickey which we didn’t know was going to be there where we got merchandise and hats but the magic of meeting Mickey for our three year old was amazing ! We had a hiccup the first night which was very quickly rectified by Shauna with a room upgrade ( amazing as it allowed our children freedom to run around and play) and they added breakfast onto our stay for the entire 14 days ! The service we received in the restaurant from Imane was just amazing ! She along with Raymond , Nikki and Luz really paid attention and showed a real interest in our family, children and our plans whilst giving tips on how to make the most of certain days, what to avoid on busier days etc and just were fantastic with us and the children! We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location is fantastic , it has shuttle services to the parks ( we didn’t use as we hired a car) and if you had your own vehicle it’s only 15 / 20 mins to the parks which is amazing , so central and we felt was great! The only slight criticism we would have is possible the evening menu in the restaurant, the only reason we didn’t dine here more than once is there was not a set children’s menu and therefore very little our children would eat ( 11 months & 3٫5 years) that being said the food we did get was fabulous & the service was always 5* plus !! It's beautiful and clean. The location is great. The food at the restaurant is delicious. You'll be in close proximity to Disney Springs, shopping, and other restaurants. They offer a shuttle to Disney and early park admission. The staff is spectacular, everyone single one of them. It's one of our favorite places to stay on Orlando. Read less

Hands down one of the worst experiences. Without getting to deep into details, pray you dont have your card over charged,provided with any sort of hospitality,phone tag with multiple agents and zero accountability. First and last time I'll ever book.

This is a budget hotel near Disney. That’s it. My A/c was not functioning properly in order to keep the room comfortable. Rather than fix it or offer to move me, they sent a tech who came in, turned the thermostat down 2 degrees, felt the air coming out, said ‘cold’ and literally walked out. I contacted the chat & was told to give it a couple hours. I waited nearly 10 hours and the temp dropped one degree. I asked the front desk again to please help. Nothing. I continued to beg someone to resolve the issue & they were more interested in arguing with me via chat & continued to tell me to just wait.. it will cool. My stay was for 3 nights. I finally packed up & left around 8pm on night 2 & drove home. I am appalled at the treatment I received about the a/c. I’ve been platinum for 14+ years and this was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is no reason to be dismissive or rude to a guest. Read less

Great property. Excellent bar restaurant on site Excellent pool / bar Savannah & Bryanna were great We had bad experience at a different Marriott & were very happy transferring to Renaissance We loved the kitchen bar restaurant & Devon was great at pool bar!
