Getting Around

Complimentary self-parking. Virgin Holidays guests will receive unlimited complimentary round-trip shuttles to Walt Disney World Resort during their stay. Guests will also receive unlimited complimentary round-trip shuttles to Universal Orlando Resort. These must be booked in resort via the Front Desk, 24 hours in advance. Shuttles are subject to availability.

Frankie Farrell's Irish pub, serving lunch and dinner, screens live Premiership football games and offers Seasonal entertainment, families welcome. Other options include Pizza Hut™ Express (located in Building 1), LBV Village Bar & Grill a poolside bar serving light breakfast, light bites for lunch and dinner plus cocktails. Virgin Holidays guests receive 10% discount on all food and drink at Frankie Farrell's Irish Pub and LBV Village Poolside Bar and Grill.

Fun and Games

2 swimming pools, including 1 themed pool with a pirate ship complete with shooting water cannons, water slide tumbling waterfalls and other fun interactive water features. Hot tub, fitness centre (open 24 hours). Reflections full-service Spa & Salon*, a world-class signature health spa offering a selection of spa services in a serene setting. It offers 10 treatment rooms, 1 hydrotherapy tub room, a sauna room, private relaxation rooms, 2 deluxe couples' treatment rooms as well as salon services. The room was very nice, clean and had all the necessary supplies we needed for the week. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved the convenience of the little grocery store across the street. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and we had a great time! Thank you.

Guys trip to Florida

The room was spacious and very clean. Same goes for with the public spaces. Their are many things to do on property and you are also close to other Orlando attractions. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate but our stay was very enjoyable. Would stay there again!

Love this place we have stayed here many times and never disappointed. It’s just minutes to the parks and Walmart. The factory outlet is just next door. If you go through the welcome package you will find discounts that come in handy. Thank You Lake Buena Vista

We have stayed here two different times over the years, and both times before, we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. In the past, we were very impressed with the resort and the suites. We have stayed here two different times over the years, and both times before, we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. In the past, we were very impressed with the resort and the suites. This time, we stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath suite, and our suite was in building 2. Many times during our stay, there was a strong odor of weed in the elevators and the lobby of building 2. Hopefully the resort can figure out a way to better enforce the no smoking policy inside the buildings. We arrived on a Monday, and after entering the suite we adjusted the air to where we wanted it, and it kicked on. A couple of hours later, we noticed that it was starting to get hot, and the thermostat was no longer working. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker right over who got it working, and we had no more issues with the air conditioner. The suites seemed a little dated, so hopefully the resort will consider doing a refresh in the near future. The mattresses were rock hard. We didn't get a good night's sleep once during our stay due to that. I don't recall that being an issue on our two prior visits, because if that had been a problem, we would not have returned. If you like hard mattresses, then you will be fine. Otherwise, bring a really good mattress topper for each bed. We loved having a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Due to it being cold, which is rare for the area, we didn't take advantage of either pool or the hot tubs on this trip. I grew up in Orlando, and we currently live only 2 hours away, but I still have a lot of family in the Orlando area. I love the location of the resort. There is so much shopping in the area, Publix is right around the corner, so close, you could walk it if you wanted to. The theme parks are a short drive away, and so is Old Town in Kissimmee. Overall, we like the resort, and if they would replace the mattresses, I would be willing to give it a 5 star review. If I had a recommendation for the resort, they should order different types of mattresses (soft, medium, and firm), and equip some suites with soft mattresses, some with medium mattresses, and some with firm, then when you book, you can request which type of mattress you need so they can book you in a suite that will be best for you. Avoid at all costs! Not safe!

Avoid this hotel at all costs! How they are a disney partner hotel I do not understand! Initially had checkin issues with only 2 rooms allocated for 13 people when 3 rooms were booked. 1 room had a filthy kettle with a broke handle could have caused serious burns of not noticed! 1 room missing several items. The chest of draws in master bedrooms… Read more

Avoid this hotel at all costs! How they are a disney partner hotel I do not understand! Initially had checkin issues with only 2 rooms allocated for 13 people when 3 rooms were booked. 1 room had a filthy kettle with a broke handle could have caused serious burns of not noticed! 1 room missing several items. The chest of draws in master bedrooms were not secured to the wall resulting in one FALLING on top of my 2 year old daughter. The hotel refuse to accept liability despite evidence of injuries and trauma on my daughter and continue to lie about all draws in other rooms being secured! All three of the rooms booked non of the master bedroom draw were secured and are very unstable! We booked a package through virgin who are also refusing accept liability despite all the evidence! Avoid this hotel if you have young family the rooms are not safe! Read less
