After a week of a perfect holiday my wife started to sore insect bites, thought it was from the parks so thought nothing of it with it being hot and humid. 3 days later bite marks getting worse , blood marks now on the bed sheets , we actually food 3 of the bugs . Return last month Wished we knew a tip on how to check for BED BUGS !!! Reported to reception which they give us another apartment with no fuss !! Reported a few issues with the apartment which maintenance eventually repaired 1 being a broken ceiling fan which probably didn’t help with the bug issue?? It did spoil our holiday My wife had 2 days which she stay in , too sore to adventure out . The resort is in a fabulous location for Universal , Disney and Seaworld with shuttle busses going to the parks , simply order them the night before. Convenience store , well stocked, yes a little pricey compared with publixs which is round the corner but it’s what you’d expect. Read less

The 4 bed 4 bath apartment was as expected as we have stayed here 4 times previously. However, I will comment (again) that the furniture is outdated and 'stuck in the 1960's. Apart from that all good and enjoyed the pool and the Irish pub/restaurant.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom 4 bath. There was plenty room for everyone. We did see one bug. And the beds could use a pillow top. My family loved the jet tub in the master bath. And the children enjoyed the pool. The resort was in a great location and the staff was friendly.
Definitely staying here again!

Gorgeous room, beds super comfortable, loved that every room had a furnished balcony. Also, the suite was so well stocked!! Loved the Pirate Plunge Pool!! Building was clean and quiet. Very family friendly atmosphere. Definitely staying here again in the future.

However, the next morning I received a call from a young lady named "Cammie" who was nice and very hospitable. She wanted to right the wrong. She offered to switch rooms but we were all unpacked and to pack all that stuff bk up and move rooms seemed like a headache to everyone. So we settled for a late check-out instead, which was more money. So we were pleased to have been able to sleep in a little longer. Lol! That was the ONLY hiccup.
