From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was friendly and attentive, but we especially want to give special thanks to Brenda from the Housekeeping team, who was very cordial and dedicated to cleaning our room. The resort is very family friendly and the staff at the pools went above and beyond from the person who set up our chairs to the bar tenders! The best mojitos! The valet attendants each time we came back and left they were so attentive! Always asked if we needed water or any other assistance! The in room dining was delicious each time we ordered it! Marissa was memorable and she was super kind to us! She really went above and beyond to make our little one feel special! She made sure his fruit was to perfection! She gave us a lot of recommendations around town and was very personable! She is doing a great job! The housekeeping staff was also excellent! They always did a lovely job tidying up the rooms and the turn down service was a wonderful touch! I want to also recognize Brendalyz M. For taking care of us during our stay!
