One night stay but very nice

Staff went out of their way to honor us as Hilton Honors members. Provided us with a nice room with a balcony to watch the fireworks. Because of a mixup the hotel also gave us a $50 food credit to use on our stay. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

This hotel is a great location to Disney Springs. The lazy river is a fun way to spend your early day. Winnie was super helpful checking us in and she went out of her way to make our night special. I would most certainly stay here again. Everyone is so nice and very welcoming.

Amazing and memorable trip

Chasity was the Sweetest person ever!! She was not pushy and very informative and even came back and gave us more info. The location is absolutely amazing and we are having the time of our lives. We came for the hair show and needed up booking another trip because we loved it so much!!
