The Fairfield is set in a grouping of three Marriotts. It is located close to Disney Springs and has several daily shuttles to and from that location. You must sign up online. Breakfast is included and very good. There is a small fitness center, and all three Marriotts use it, so mornings are busy and difficult to get a machine. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The pool is a decent size but has very limited lounge seating. Staff is friendly. Housekeeping comes in daily. We found using Uber/Lyft was way more efficient in getting to Disney parks. Overall, we found the Fairfield Inn and Suites Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village to be a good value for a good neighbor Disney hotel. Read less

Very very disappointed in Marriott. Low grade accommodations. It started with very slow elevators to our 5th floor room. The halls weren't air conditioned and the carpet was dirty. Good facility with proper room size

We stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay here. This facility is located near Disney springs (but need to travel in cabs). They provide free bus shuttle for Disney world parks daily. Breakfast was good. Can prepare your own waffles here. They have good size of room with room service. Good at this budget.

THere was a fire alarm, and our student group and rest of hotel was inconvenienced for about 2 hours, because the sprinkler company had to be called in to turn off the alarm. THere was a fire alarm, and our student group and rest of hotel was inconvenienced for about 2 hours, because the sprinkler company had to be called in to turn off the alarm. The front desk person, Kim, handled getting our whole group new keys very efficiently after the fire alarm event. Shout out to Silvana too, for friendliness. The main thing about the hotel itself- rooms are dated, but clean. There needs to be more towel rack hangers, only one place to hang up a towel, and there's no vent in the bathroom. This is my first post on Trip Advisor. I would usually ignore the inconvenience; however, I have been staying at The Marriott Village in Lake Buena Vista the past 13 years for a business conference. I always book my room about five months in advance. For the past two years I have booked my room (at the Courtyard) and shuffled off to another hotel as they claim they have no rooms. Price Majeure? NEVER AGAIN. Last year, I was shuffled to a hotel with cold showers. This year, I was shuffled off to this hotel with a broken faucet and very little in the way of amenities such as the basics, like water, or snacks. Sounds petty, maybe, but it would be nice to have something to drink in FLORIDA! I would also like to add that when I complained to the hotel I received a very nice CANNED response without being able to reply. Read less
