Also my Apple EarPods were left there and for some miraculous reason can’t be found even though the tracking said they were there when I left March 29th and now they are in another part of Florida that I’m pretty sure someone in housekeeping has them and the resort can’t do anything to locate them. Their resort fees are BS and my 2-week stay was less than stellar. There are many better places to stay I would not recommend this place for anyone. The way they describe it is not how it really is. This was our 2nd time going to this resort consecutively. We had a 3 bedroom townhouse for 7 nights, it was dated certain items needed to be replaced. The staff was willing to replace the items. The pool is gorgeous, the restaurants and tiki bars weee pricey except during happy hours. Despite all the hick ups, we will return to the resort. Read less

The website advertises, the kitchen is for culinary enthusiast. They had one frying pan with no lid with a broken handle, no serving bowls, blender was broken, coffee pot was broken, can’t opener was broken, no baking dishes, and so much more that was missing. I had a difficult time fixing a basic dinner for seven people. I had to go shopping at the thrift store to restock the kitchen just so I could cook for us. The comment from staff and corporate was that was their basic set. I think they misrepresented on their website. The back of the condo was dirty, torn covers on the hot tub, and beds that I don’t believe for queen beds. I will not be going to idyllic again. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Read less
