This is beyond their control and expected. Because of the weather there were many changes that had to be made from flights, car travel, ect. As owners we requested that we be allowed to stay in one of our two villas for an extra TWO hours on checkout day to allow for everyone to make their travel arrangements . We were told by Customer Service that this was NOT possible and that we would be charged for an extra day!!!!!! As usual a Timeshare property cares nothing about the owners and it is all about MONEy. Having been an owner and an RCI member at Orange Lake for over 28 years, we still utter enjoy returning to what we call our 'Happy Place' for if it didn't do that which we require from the facilities, and the villas we stay in we wouldn't keep returning

Got yelled at for standing on a bridge enjoying the scenery was told couldn’t be on bridge unless was golfing. I was no where near the golf course and seen people fishing from said bridge all week let Alone they have it blocked off so golf carts can’t drive on it. Maybe put up signs where people can and cannot walk! Seems like everything u do they… Read more

Not a chance to win a free week!! All about upselling you! Every amenity costs u more money once you get there. On top of the high cost of the “maintenance fees” for the week u “own”! Only down sides I could see was the staff were really annoying about coolers, and the floats in the pool. I feel like there was absolutely no need to harass people about coolers, and definitely shouldn't be charging people to use a pool tube. We truly enjoyed our vacation. The Resort has a ton of things for us to enjoy along with being in close to other things in Orlando such as Disney World, Sea World and much more.
