Stayed at the Rosen during a recent convention. It was overall a clean and comfortable stay and within walking distance to the convention center. It was not my favorite of the convention center hotels but overall a good experience. Would visit again.

If I could give front fest a -5 stars I would. Noise levels were absurd. We were here for a dance comp for my daughter who is 9 years old and they put our room right next to an event that had a DJ until 12am!!!!! The music was so loud at 8pm so we called down to the front desk and we were told no, they could not change our room. My husband asked to speak to the manager and Jonathan was the most rude person we have ever spoke to in the hospitality biz. We stay here for the feis every year and will NEVER stay or recommend staying here to anyone!!!! To top it off, the pool was also closed after 2:30 and never reopened. No one could tell us why. We also had to have someone come up so we could get the tv to work and the service man Jowel who was very kind told us it’s a known problem. You have to reset the tv but the front desk of course was rude about this also. Do yourself a favor: stay literally anywhere else. You will be up all night with the music and end up paying big bucks for a terrible nights sleep. Thank you Jonathan (front desk manager) for helping us decide to NEVER stay here again. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Pleasant hotel. Nothing profound. However, I would come back here.

Large Las Vegas type hotel. Nothing wrong with this place. Generic. I would come back here. Service was fine. People are pleasant. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Pool area very nice. Great location for the convention center. Loong but easy walk. Room was pleasant. Like I said, primarily generic. Nothing special yet clean and pleasant.

Stayed here last year and we are heading back on 2nd June with some of our grandchildren. Can't fault this hotel and it's wonderful staff. Everywhere is clean and well presented. Really looking forward to returning as we know the grandkids and us will have a great time there.

This is the worst place I’ve stayed in Orlando after more than 12 years of both business and vacation trips. There’s a big conference tomorrow and there is no hot water. This is the worst place I’ve stayed in Orlando after more than 12 years of both business and vacation trips. There’s a big conference tomorrow and there is no hot water. But there was absolutely no communication about this even when we stopped at the concierge desk to ask a question on our way back up to our room. When we called down to ask about this they said it is a known issue and maintenance was working on it for at least an hour but we got no estimate of when it would be back. We asked for compensation. Customer relations said there would be none. Transferred me to front desk who said same thing and I said that was unacceptable especially given the lack of no communication where they couldn’t even tell us at the desk or print off a piece of paper to put in the elevator to notify guests. The front desk worker gave me attitude and used the wrong pronouns and just said I’d have to talk to someone tomorrow. They also refused to give me information about the manager on duty or their name so I knew who to reference in the morning. I went downstairs to talk to the manager about this and get more information about the hot water. I did not get an apology or more information. Instead, they said their front desk worker felt my tone was “threatening” on the phone and that is why I didn’t get any more information. I told them to please listen to the recording and that this is the hospitality industry and that if they think I’m threatening that they need some retraining. In addition to this absurdity, the Everglades restaurant is overpriced with horrible food and the bar service was not great either. We had to wait eons for our check. Just stay anywhere else even if you have a conference here. Disney-quality service this is absolutely not. Read less
