Very nice hotel, spacious rooms and very clean. Also very helpful and reactive staff. I should mention Oscar and Ming who are always very nice and helpful!!!! Great guys!!!! I highly recommend this hotel. Great value in a city where everything has become out of reach.

The friendliest of the staff members was great, we enjoyed the pool. the beach as well as the food and I will definitely be going back for a few days to this hotel in the future so that is it for sure and bring with me my family and friends to enjoy it as well!

One of the worst experiences staying at non-branded hotels! Avoid staying here at any cost if you care about customer experience! One of the worst experiences staying at non-branded hotels! Avoid staying here at any cost if you care about customer experience! The front desk is absolutely rude, both during the checking in and checking out. There are hidden charges, even though third party charged us - these guys at front desk again had charged us, they are scamming people! My recommendation is to look for all of the bad reviews people have put here, and definitely at least go through them because they are REAL and rethink your decision of staying here. Usually I would not care about bad reviews or ignore them, but I have learnt my lesson! This hotel really isn’t worth your money! Or else be prepared to regret the decision like I did!! The TV in the room was I guess even before from 90s, the bath didn’t have proper curtains, making it dangerous to step out of shower, and slip due to water. No shower caps in the room! No proper lighting in the room! The manager Juan Carlos had ZERO respect for the guests, absolute worst experience. They also don’t provide balcony furniture, when asked they mentioned we would have to rent it, why is it so we have to spend money on everything! These people don’t care about their reputation nor do they care about explaining their policies. The manager there checked us in, with never mentioning about valet parking fees and clearly lied about mentioning it when we asked about it during check out! On top of that he took advantage of our trust we put while signing waiver and said words like “I’ll never sign anything that I’m not clear about ”. As someone who travelled long to arrive at location, we thought of just trusting what we were told, well the fact that these people make money out of first timers guest, I don’t think this is a place that values the money we invest and instead robs you of the deposit the maximum. Juan charged us 300 at check in saying we would get 150 back, but during checkout mentioned there were valet charges. Well we would have preferred self parking, but they don’t even provide that option, so just trying to steal the money as much as they can, caring least about the customer experience! I would never ever stay at this hotel, nor would I recommend anyone staying here, unless you want your money to be stolen, like they behaved with us! They are the biggest scammers I have ever seen in the industry and they would only make you sign waiver and remind you of that if you have any complaints at the time of check out!! Absolute WORST stay experience we ever had! This hotel shouldn't have anything more than 3 stars! Read less

Place was awesome. Specifically Mark from the beach team made our stay comfortable and we felt like Royalty. Thank you the whole team and specifically to Mark! 😀❤️ Room was beautiful. The front desk was respectful. The doormen were respectful. It was awesome
