The best known property on Ocean Drive has been transformed into a luxury boutique hotel, offering exclusivity, privacy, and obviously, the chance to tell all of your friends that you’ve stayed in Versace’s home! Not only that, but it’s the second most 'Instagrammed' location in the USA – you can only imagine how much better it looks in person. With only 10 suites available, you’ll enjoy a personalised bespoke experience, with custom suites that have the designer touch. The most elaborate of all may be the 54ft long pool, which is said to be made from more than one million mosaic tiles, thousands of which are 24-carat gold. Be sure to make a reservation at the famous Gianni’s and enjoy gourmet Mediterranean dishes overlooking the spectacular pool. The Venus Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a separate sitting area, two flat-screen televisions, in-room stereo system, oversized shower, and bedroom with double queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.
Gianni's Master Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a separate sitting area, bedroom sitting alcove, his and hers closets, oversized double-head shower, and a double king-sized bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

This is such an amazing place . It’s like being able to stay in a museum. There are many statues and works of art . I’m guessing all this was left by Mr Versace himself. The furniture was custom made and extremely expensive looking . Many details that I’ve never seen before in a Botique hotel . Thank you for keeping this open to the public.

As a solo traveler, my stay at The Villa Casa Casuarina in Miami Beach was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I enjoyed breakfast each morning by the pool with excellent service. A truly welcoming experience in a stunning setting!

I know there are some poor reviews for this restaurant, but I could honestly say we had a great experience! The restaurant is really lovely and the set menu at 38 dollars is brilliant value and the food was very nice. If you are a Versace fan then ignore the critical reviews and go for it! We didn't stay so can't comment on accommodation.

The mansion itself is a masterpiece. By day, the grounds exude magic, each corner brimming with beauty and history. By night, the lighting transforms the property into an epic romance—soft glows and shadows creating an almost dreamlike atmosphere. The bar, adorned with 14-karat gold inlaid floor tiles, is a sparkling indulgence, while the interior architecture is nothing short of breathtaking. Every room is a revelation. The 12-foot-wide bed draped in red satin, a favorite of Elton John and Paul McCartney, was a sanctuary of luxury. Arriving to find a chocolate choo-choo train laden with treats in my room was an unexpected delight.
