376 guest rooms and suites with a colour palette inspired by Miami’s vibrant culture. All guest rooms feature air conditioning, 37" LCD TV, high speed WiFi, telephone, tea/coffee maker, iron and ironing board, minibar*, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. 

Classic Rooms are located on floors 2-7, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

City View Rooms are located on floors 3-11 and offer views of South Beach with a comfortable seating area and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Partial Ocean View rooms are located on floors 5-11 with partial views of the Atlantic and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Lanai Pool View rooms are located on floors 2-4 with private balcony or terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Oceanfront Guest Rooms are located on floors 2-6 and 9-11 and have a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. These rooms offer either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

One bedroom suites feature either city views, or full or partial Atlantic views and have a separate living area with sofa bed and honor bar with beverages and snacks. The bedroom consists of a King bed, with a rollaway available on request; sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Lanai Oceanfront Suites are located on floors 2-4 with views of both South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. These suites have a spacious layout with a large living and dining area, private balcony, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Club rooms offer access to the private oceanfront Club Lounge where guests enjoy the attention of a dedicated concierge and complimentary culinary offerings throughout the day including breakfast, lunch, dessert and a selection of wines, beers, spirits and other beverages. 

Please note: 2 adults per Club room will receive access to the Club Lounge. Any additional guests will need to pay a charge for entry.

DiLido Beach Club (beachfront dining and cocktails, with all-day lunch menu). Fuedo y Mar (Latin American, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch). Lapidus Bar (cocktails and live music).

The staff is so friendly and helpful big thanks to Kevin and Caleb for helping me pick the best seat at the beach and helping me answer any questions I had for them. Love coming here to relax and enjoy the nice beach at the ritz Carlton. Would recommend to everyone!

We rented a daybed, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The highlight of the day was when they surprised me with a birthday cake to celebrate my 40th—such a thoughtful and memorable gesture! ***this is not a review of the property as I did not stay there. This is a review of my experience with booking my reservation. let me preface by saying I don’t write negative reviews often. If I make a mistake, I will always own up to it as I believe in honesty and respect. I booked a two night reservation at the Ritz Carlton for December 2024. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change my reservation dates twice and kindly enough reservations team changed it with no issues and it was a pleasant experience over the phone. My updated dates were officially booked for April 25 to April 27. On April 15 (10 days before my stay) I had called the hotel out of curiosity to ask that if I canceled my reservation, would I get my refund back? The response from the receptionist or reservations agent (not totally sure who I spoke to) responded. Yes, I will get my refund back because I am canceling well in advance. I did my due diligence there. I asked the question and then I proceeded to cancel the reservation. Mind you I would have stayed at the hotel and kept my reservation had I known I wasn’t getting my refund back, but because I was told I would get my refund back, I decided I’ll cancel it and book it for another time. 1 week after I cancel, no refund. I called and they said they will look into it. 2 weeks after I cancelled, I told my refund was denied because I changed my reservation dates twice. Please note, the market director of reservation sales , Mauricio, clearly stated in his email to me “The person that told you that a refund will be processed, did not have access to see the history as we do.” If that’s the case, then train your staff properly, or tell them to ask and confirm with those who DO have access to that information first before telling your guests the wrong thing! So because of WRONG information that I was told, and admitted to be told by the Director of Sales, I’m down $1693. I kindly asked for a credit if a refund wasn’t possible. And Marriott could not even honor that. The Ritz is known for their customer service and 5 star amenities. As a loyal Bonvoy member I’m very disappointed in this. I have a $5k stay at the Bal Harbour property that I will be cancelling because my loyalty is no longer with Marriott anymore. Not a good look for a 5 star hotel, multinational, billion dollar corporation. For the same price and better experience, I will be putting my money to better use at Four Seasons.
