Sandor & Trenton were really nice during my check in process they made me feel very welcome and are very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel. The views from the pool of the sunset are amazing. This was our first time here and we are definitely returning!!!

Sandor was exceptionally with helping. The hotel was beautiful and it was everything we thought it would be. All the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. The pool was amazing. The hotel was very clean. I booked the room with the bay view and it was amazing.

Beautiful hotel. In particular, the lead concierge, Charlie, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Perfect option for those who don't want to be right on South Beach but close enough to easily walk there. Beautiful view on the bay side. Highly recommend.
