The hotel is well located, across the street from the beach walkboard in South Beach. The room is large, the bed is comfortable and they offer great amenities from Urban Jungle. We had breakfast included in our stay, but the front desk person failed in instructing us on how to get to the restaurant (served in a different hotel, 2-3 blocks away). Out of 3 nights, we only had the hotel breakfast in one morning. The hotel is not fully acessible for a reduced mobility person. We were put in the adjacent building, where the entrance is a parlor that sells excellent ice cream but closes at 10pm, leaving guests with a 3 steps stairs to access the main building. Potentially great hotel but in urgent need of remodelling to adjust to 2025 demands. Read less

This is definitely not a 4* hotel it’s more like a 2* and so overly priced for what it’s worth. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Upon our arrival and to get to our room we had to cross the courtyard, through the bar, then through the ice cream shop to reach the lift to get to our room. We were put in the old building that used to be another hotel . I mean if I wanted to stay there I would have booked there!! Rooms had a damp feel to them, and also not cleaned properly. After staying here I woke up with 2 bites on my leg which had probably come from bed bugs . Although the staff very nice & polite there was no information given on where the pool etc was. We had paid in advance for breakfast but be known to us we had to walk 2 streets away to another hotel (Hotel Victor which I stayed at my last visit to Miami ) to get this . This was also not stated at time of booking. Had I known this at time of booking I would have cancelled this hotel. We were only booked in for 2 nights & that was enough if this had been longer I would have checked out and went elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I appreciate we came just as Spring Break was closing but the noise is unreal, we had NO sleep and no one around to help in the hotel!! A person decided to sit in the restaurant outside blasting music all night and no one moved him on, the security guard asked if we were okay when we went to try and resolve this issue and he was just sitting in the Lobby as this person played the loudest music whilst smoking drugs. What a shame this is our experience of Miami beach in what is a beautiful setting. You would be better not to stay in any hotels in Ocean Drive as it is beyond no torturous. Never again Read less

The rooms were acceptable, with clean bedding and surfaces. However, the bathroom was in need of repair, and the towels had stains. On the positive side, the rooms were very spacious. I would recommend avoiding rooms that face the alley, as the noise can be unpleasant. Additionally, the cleaners left our room door open twice after we returned from a day at the beach we would find the door could be pushed open. The hotel offers free beach towels from reception, and the beach is just a short walk away. Read less

Great hotel in a fabulous spot on South Beach. Iconic building, really good Cuban bar and restaurant on the terrace. There were bikes for free but we didn't use them. Loved the location amongst all the gorgeous Art Deco buildings. Highly recommend.
