I planned our company retreat here and it was a wonderful experience. Great location and exceptional staff, specially Gret at the front desk! He was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating with all the multiple requests I had for our group. He made our time here great and seamless! 10/10 recommend this hotel for business and pleasure!

It was just okay...it is an art deco style hotel. Rooms not big or great. I had a view of a cement wall I had breakfast which was good...only got $15 credit as a Diamond Member Good to stay if going to the convention center which is a 10 minute walk ...but not a big room for leisure stay

Small poorly organised rooms however good staff good location. We had a small room bed so close to window not possible to access. Wardrobe too small to hang clothes very poor use of available space. At night loud music plays until 2am Location is good for access to beach and ocean drive. Roof top pool good. Staff pleasant and helpful
