Kimberly was a fantastic server by the pool and made our pool days extra special. - All staff we came across at the hotel were helpful and friendly. We had a problem at checkin with an overpayment however Joshua at front desk did a great job in resolving the issue and took personal ownership of the problem. - All the food we had in the hotel was of high quality. - Loved the atmosphere in the lobby of an evening, was always buzzing and a great place to have some cocktails. The grounds are beautiful and clean, and there’s an adults only pool that’s perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and reading. There’s access to the boardwalk through the back of the hotel and within a short walk you have access to the beach. If you have good weather and enjoy walking, there are plenty of places to stop and eat or just peruse the streets. Richard at the front desk is the absolute BEST! He’s so sweet and always made sure I was having the best experience possible. If you see him, give an extra smile and wave. Read less

The guest service at the hotel has fallen extremely short of our expectations, which is a shame because the property is beautiful and the rooms were amazing. As a guest paying quite a significant amount to stay here, the disrespect that we were shown by the guests services was absolutely appalling. We called in asking for 2 bottles of water. That is not a big ask, but we had to call in 5 times to ask about the status after waiting an hour to receive the bottles. The second time we called to follow up on the request, we were informed that it usually takes around 15 minutes for water to be brought up (for what reason it takes this long for bottles of water to simply be brought to a room Is a mystery) but at this point, we had waited for about 25 minutes already. The third time we called in, the guest services officer HUNG UP THE PHONE ON US while we were mid sentence. No explanation, no willingness to listen. We had been keeping our patience and by no means did we say anything out of line to deserve the kind of attitude that we were met with. The last time we called, we were informed that the water was coming ‘any minute now’ but we ended up waiting another 15 minutes. My husband had to go downstairs himself to actually buy water from the cafe, which defeats the purpose of having guest services…. Eventually after around an hour we finally received the two bottles of water which for a hotel of this status is shocking. The guest services were extremely unhelpful and rude and clearly need some training on how to interact with guests in the proper manner. My husband and I are extremely disappointed with our experience and would not recommend a stay here. Please fix up. Read less
