This is first time at the eden roc hotel. I loved the service and hospitality so much. Diedrih especially made sure that all of my needs were fulfilled. He came around and checked multiple times on us to make sure we were good. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel.

I’m currently staying here and would not stay again for a few reasons. On arrival while later in the evening the greeting left a bad first impression. Left to lug theee suitcases up a huge bunch of stairs with no help and a million others there with their 40 suitcases cramming the entrance was more like a hostel experience than a hotel. So don’t expect t bell help with luggage. The rooms are fairly bland and outdated. Needs a full refurbishment and felt like a travel lodge in terms of decor. Bare bones amenities provided. It was raining when I was here and unless you want to catch 500 Uber a day you’ll need an umbrella- not provided at the hotel which was really annoying and can hugely impact a trip as a tourist who don’t have room in luggage for umbrellas. They should provide in the room and easily charge if they aren’t returned. So this was inconvenient. The pool is ok but impossible to relax due to a constant drilling occurring in the neighbouring complex. Lastly as this is a shared hotel with Nobu it is quite weird - Nobu guests get a different pool and different hotel floors which I can only assume or hope are less bland than the Eden roc floors but it felt like being a second class citizen with the restricted areas for Nobu guest s etc - I’d not book at Nobu either for the same thoughts in reverse. I moved rooms and the amenities while still bare were a mix and match of different brands which seemed a bit tacky as well. Overall it’s a 3-4 star at best in my experience. Read less

This is my second time visiting the Eden Roc Miami Beach from Rhode Island with my girlfriend. We are celebrating our five year anniversary on this trip, therefore we have been looking forward to our arrival. I manage 41 North, 4 star full service luxury restaurant and hotel destination in Newport, Rhode Island, so naturally I am quite on the picky side being that I work in the industry. The team here at the hotel really went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I! I want to give credit to front desk agent, Christopher, and Front of House Manager, Sheldon, for putting me in their state of the art Ocean View King Suite to celebrate my special occasion. From the variety of pools, restaurants, fitness centers, balconies and private beach access, I highly recommend visiting Eden Roc Miami Beach to celebrate any occasion. Caelon was very attentive & kind while being our valet at Eden Roc Hotel! He did not hesitate to help us out with all of our many bags that we had with us & had a smile on his face the whole time. 10/10 service from him! I would request him every time if I could!
