Where is it

Overlooking Miami Beach with direct access to the ocean. Lincoln Road Mall and South Beach are a 5-minute drive, and the Wynwood and Design District are a 15-minute drive. Transfer time from Miami International Airport: 20 minutes.

Standard Rooms are 235-355 sq ft in size and offer various views, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Balcony Rooms are 299-353 sq ft, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Ocean View Balcony Rooms are 264-300 sq ft and have views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

King Ocean Front with Lounge Deck Rooms are 234 sq ft and have a private wrap-around deck overlooking the beach and ocean, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

King Deluxe Rooms are larger in size at 520 sq ft, and feature a separate seating area, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Oceanfront Balcony Rooms are 236 - 291 sq ft and offer direct ocean view from the balcony, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Ocean View Balcony Suites are 481 sq ft and feature ocean views from the balcony, a separate living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

One Bedroom Balcony Suites are 509 sq ft and offer ocean views from the balcony, a separate living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Miami Suites are 538-748 sq ft and have a separate living and dining room, and views of the city skyline, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Crown Suites are 544-876 sq ft and have a separate living and dining room, a large terrace with varied views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Vista Balcony Suites are 526 sq ft and offer ocean views from the balcony, a separate living area, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Skyline View Suites are 538-606 sq ft and offer views of the intracoastal waterway and Miami's glittering skyline from the expansive windows, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Oceanfront Balcony Suites are 570 sq ft and have a separate living room, a beach-facing balcony, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

We just returned from a stay at the newly reopened Andaz Miami Beach, and it’s safe to say the transformation is impressive. The hotel has undergone a major renovation, and while a few finishing touches are still underway, the team has done a fantastic job ensuring guests are completely unaffected. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless—especially at breakfast and the pool bar, where the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to please. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a thoughtful touch that made our beach time even more enjoyable. Bar Centro was a highlight of our evenings. The cocktail menu is creative and extensive, and the bartender was not only personable but also incredibly knowledgeable about the signature drinks. Every recommendation was spot-on. Our room was spacious and comfortable, a noticeable improvement over the pre-renovation layout. While the hotel has moved away from its previous rustic Caribbean-inspired Art Deco aesthetic, the new design brings a clean, modern elegance that feels fresh and harmonious. It may have lost a bit of its old-school charm, but what it’s gained in sophistication more than makes up for it. Beautiful Beachfront Hotel – A Lovely Getaway Even in the Rain We stayed at this beautiful hotel right by the beach. Even though it rained the whole time due to a storm, the hotel felt like a little escape. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back when the weather is better!

The staff, from front desk to bartenders and housekeeping were all so friendly. The breakfast and lunch options are fantastic. Delicious food. The gym is adequate and the yoga classes are very good. A nice touch. Looking forward to the opening of Jose Andres restaurant and the spa.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, luxurious, and inviting. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the daily rooftop yoga sessions with Gio. Every morning, Gio led us through an energizing and grounding flow with a panoramic view of the ocean. She is a truly exceptional instructor—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly calming. The hotel was impeccably designed and absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the front desks, bars, restaurants and pools were so nice and accommodating. It was late at night and we went to the bar and my daughter really wanted some fruit. Our waiter over heard and talked to the chef and they made it happen. This is true hospitality! We will be back.
