Guest services at this location is above and beyond. I wasn’t satisfied with my room and my request was fulfilled immediately. Breakfast was outstanding. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Beach access was a very short walk. Public bus either free trolly or day pass for $5٫95 very convenient and efficient.

Unbelievable people working around the clock. Miguel and Ariel are a treat in the nighttime and always make sure guests are satisfied. Recent hotel renovations make for an exquisite stay too. One and a half blocks away from the southbound bus stop and across the street from Northbound. One block from the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Nice… Read more

The front desk was truly an experience , Ariel and Adan were the icing on the cake for me. As well as the lady who cleans in the morning ; she was extremely perceptive and respectful towards us. I truly appreciate the hospitality. We were in room 216

The two front desk agents were very helpful to my family and I. We can came looking for two rooms and we were immediately taken care of. Great service great atmosphere and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Would come again.Thank you very much
