Deluxe Bay View Rooms are larger in size and feature a private balcony offering views of Biscayne Bay, and an additional seating area, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Went with my family after a cruise and it was amazing!! Large rooms, heated pool, free wine in the lobby, kids area for my toddler!! The view from our large balcony was truly beautiful! It exceeded my expectations and this will be where we stay from now on when visiting!!!

A nice place to stay in-between Miami and Miami Beach. The room was spacious more like an apartment with a large bathroom, a separate toilet, comfortable beds and a walk-in closet. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff, we also enjoyed the pool with towelservice.

Book at the Grayson!!! Property was clean, perfect location, beautiful view, great amenities like the gym and pool area, and Marlene was amazing and gracious enough to give us a late check out when we really needed it! This is the property I will be staying at for any Miami trips!

Such a great location and beautiful hotel. We were frequent visitors when Hilton owned it. We loved this place and all that comes with it. The staff is always helpful and kind. It was the best ending to a long day of catering to my wife. We will be back. Thank again.
