I got my phone stuck in the bathroom and this security guard named yazdi helped me out really nice guy needs raise.I was really bummed out and he helped me out. now i can get a ride home and talk to friends. this was my guy tdy. he made my day. thank you yazdi my goat.

Aurea was a wonderful host. She understands GREAT customer service. She was engaged with the patrons, she served 3 tables, including ours and was very nice, gracious and attentive. She was also funny and keeping us entertained with stories.

Great hotel, location, and staff. Safety and security officer Chad helped me coordinate a courier for a very important package that got delivered there on my business trip. Hotel is also really close to downtown and wynwood. Would definitely recommend staying here

Natalie and Mauricio were so generous and patient, allowing us to view several other room options ... one had a balcony, but not the view we wanted, another had the view but again no AC, but Mauricio and Natalie kept looking for options till we found the next best room. This hotel was very nice and it had a perfect location, super comfortable bed, and a spotless room. We went to the restaurant Gold Coast and had a great experience as well. Frank took excellent care of us, and the manager Tommy made us feel right at home. Great service and drinks all around. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
