I was not impressed with the service here. For one we couldn’t check in until after check in time and spent hours waiting in the lobby. Ok experience. Expected more from a Westin. The whole place seemed to be understaffed. Experience and room very much like a Courtyard. Room 1312 had 1/4 window and the rest 3/4 was wall backing to elevator. Could have saved some money and spent the night at a Courtyard Marriott
Construction noise

There is construction going on at this hotel, from 7:00 in the morning to 9:00 at night. The newly remodeled rooms are very nice, but not sure it’s worth putting up with the noise. Also, there’s not a lot to do within walking distance of this hotel.

Visited this hotel for 2 nights before going on a cruise. Found the staff excellent and helpful. At reception Brooklyn, McKenzie and Angel were a credit to the company. Rooms clean, tidy and spacious. Close to amenities and a short taxi ride to main mall and the port for our ship. Would highly recommend this hotel in Tampa
