Really nice location for a Marriott hotel loved it. The valet manager is very rude!!! Also, manager Cameron needs to be re-trained and was very rude. Breakfast was so good, But I did enjoy my time in Tampa. I'll be back for sure. Tampa has the best Water Parks and Riverwalk was awesome

Arrived at the airport 8 hours early after disembarking a cruise with all of our luggage. Couldn't check in for our flight until 4 hours before our flight so were looking for things to do in the airport to pass the time aside from paying for access to an airport lounge. Discovered that we could get a day pass to this Marriott with pool, gym/shower, business center access through Resort Pass for $55 per person. This included luggage storage as well. It was a short walk from inside the airport terminal to the check in at this hotel. Check in was quick, staff was pleasant and they safely stored our bags for the day. We were able to use the bathrooms and pool for the day which was great and not busy at all. The pool was nothing fancy, but it was refreshing. We were told it was heated, but it was a bit on the chilly side. Plenty of seating and loungers in the pool area. Towels are included. It was nice to enjoy some extra sunshine on the last day of our trip. Once we were done at the pool, we went to the gym to shower. The gym was a decent size for this hotel with all the basics. There was one bathroom and one shower located inside the gym. No one was in the gym when we were there and we had the shower and bathroom to ourselves. Shower room included a large walk in shower and sink. There was a hairdryer in the shower room as well as fresh towels and washcloths. There was good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Room got pretty steamy but otherwise no issues. The bathroom was large. Both areas were very clean. Check out was easy. We got our bags and it was a short walk back to the airport check in counters. I was pleasantly surprised and had a great experience in the few hours we spent here. Would definitely consider doing this again in the future. They also offer hotel rooms for the day but in limited quantity. Read less

Used the valet service at the hotel. Got the car back 6 days later and it was covered with a fine dark dust and had bird dropping. I'm thinking it was parked in a open field. For what they charge it should have a roof over it. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I am supposed to write 200 characters so this is the end

My daughter and I stayed here for the Women’s Final Four. It was 15 minutes from downtown but right at airport. Since we had a very early flight time we wanted to be able to Just get up and go. Literally attached to the airport. It was a little pricey but I knew that when I booked. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Staying at this hotel often, we really enjoy the wonderful hospitality and the convenience of being part of the airport. Since we have Titanium Elite status for Bonvoy, we are treated very well. All of the employees are outstanding, professional, friendly individuals who create a welcoming environment for guests. On our recent trip several employees gave especially top-notch service. At the front desk, Jorge and Cameron made sure our room was to our satisfaction and explained the parking process. Natasha in the Skyye Bar always gave a cheerful smile as she provided attentive service. Cherylann in the Concierge Lounge provided a wonderful start to each day as she cheerfully and skillfully served a delicious breakfast. The pleasant atmosphere and the easy access to flights, shops, restaurants, and car rentals keep us coming back to this hotel on our many trips to the Tampa Bay area! Read less
