My husband and I got the king suite that had the upstairs bedroom downstairs living room kitchen. It was very spacious and very clean. We did one afternoon in the splash pool, but we preferred the basic pool closer to our room. We would definitely stay here again. Read less

This was a return trip to the hotel. Key west style which we really love. We love the two stories suites water view. Hotel is older, but we don't mind. We love the boats and the inner coastal view. Also, love that we were greeted by a nice gentleman in the parking lot. That helped us unload our car. Apparently he was on his way home, but he went… Read more

Also, love that we were greeted by a nice gentleman in the parking lot. That helped us unload our car. Apparently he was on his way home, but he went out of his way to help us, and it happened to be Kyle, the hotel manager, such a pleasant young man. We definitely will return to this hotel every time we visit Indian Rock Beach. Read less

The service was good but the hotel is desperate need of updating. Many of the rooms are oddly facing the courtyard so you have no windows unless you want no privacy . The room was arranged so the bed sat so far back you can’t see the small TV. Popcorn ceilings an old table and couch was supposed to be a suite. The bathroom was dingy and dirty. The towels were basically the size of hand towels, and ragged, even at the pool. Bring your own for sure! The front desk allowed for a late checkout and they were very nice. The woman TC at the restaurant was a sweet as she can be. However, I now know why I always stay at Hilton and Marriott properties. Read less

I got bed bugs from my room. I was originally moved 3 times due to hostile, poor service from front desk representative Vicki. I got bed bugs from my room. I was originally moved 3 times due to hostile, poor service from front desk representative Vicki. She would not let me originally check in my room and said to find another hotel or double-pay. Manager was helpful and tried to give us an upgrade, but the upgrade ended up having bedbugs and now I’m not able to get my money back for the rooms, and my bracelet was taken from one of the rooms as well. I was shivering one evening because I wasn’t given a blanket on the pullout couch, I called the front desk, and Vicky said the housekeeping room was closed and too bad. I was treated like an animal, it was a horrible experience and I will never stay here again now I have bedbugs and I wasn’t even given two dollars to wash my laundry. I had to take out money out out of my credit card to do that… I don’t understand why this hotel front desk reception has to be so verbally, abusive and cruel. Read less
