My main complaint is that after checking out at 11am and spending the day on the beach / pool area we were told there was no day use room for us to shower and freshen up before our night flight back to London UK and told to change in the public restroom .In my years of traveling the world ,this is the first time I have ever experienced this .Not pleasant!!! . They did major renovations the year before, and just keep getting better. We arrived just after Hurricane Debby, and several weeks before Helene and Milton. Minimal impact from Debby and thankful that the hotel recovered from Helene and Milton. We already have reservations for this summer, and very much looking forward to our upcoming vacation! Read less

My dinner and service were excellent. Ryan was awesome, he took such great care if us. Grilled chicken and asparagus were amazing. So accommodating. Everyone's dinners were delicious. We all had something different. Been here 5 days and eaten here three times!

Adrian really made our dinner as special as it was! He was so helpful in suggesting dishes to order and gave us recommendations on where to walk to outside of the hotel for after dinner entertainment. Highly recommend Mainstay Tavern while Adrian is working!
