Check in was very quick, although no welcome drink as the other Ritz Carlton’s do. Room was spacious with the Ritz marble bathroom and toiletries. The breakfast restaurant aaa a bit bland but the selection was good and service was great. We had the opportunity to meet Joey, the bar back from the pool area as he was filling in for the lobby bartender. His smile was infectious and he made us great cocktails. We then saw him the next day at the pool bar and he was serving drinks there too. He should be promoted to sever! He was awesome. The pool was filled with young children and an adult pool would have been a nice option for couples. Valet service was prompt. Overall a good stay but I prefer the level of luxury at the beach resort in Naples. Read less

My husband and I stayed at this hotel as a little weekend getaway from the kids over Christmas Break. WOW, this place was amazing! Our suite had 2 bathrooms! So much space. Beautiful views. We used the shuttle to go back and forth to the other property. It was very easy and never crowded during a busy Christmas break. My only comment is the pool is pretty small and with no adult pool it is not the relaxing environment some may be looking for. Looks much larger in the pictures. I would definitely come back and bring my kids here or try out the beach property with my husband! Read less

Perfect hotel for families with young children, thanks to the lazy river, water rides & shallow 4 ft pools. Wonderful poolside service from Terri & great dining options. We struggled to drag our 4 year old to the beach because she loved it so much. The Ritz Carlton sister property is fantastic & we enjoyed a few sunset dinners by the ocean.

Great experience. I truly enjoyed my stay starting with Ben front the front desk. Such a warm welcomed. Ryann did great with poolside service. All the staffs were great and the facility is so gorgeous and clean. I will definitely arrange to come stay again. Thank you to the staffs!

I have never written a Trip Advisor review before. We have stayed at several five star hotels and I’m always grateful to read everyone else’s reviews. But I feel compelled to write a review now because our experience has been amazing and doesn’t align with some of the reviews I read before our trip. I was hesitant about booking this hotel based on the reviews…but our experience was absolutely fabulous! We have a family of four with a 12 and 8 year old and booked a suite with a king sized bed in one room and a fold out couch in another and we asked for a cot. The kids slept more than they ever have in their whole lives. Ta-da! Is the decor a little dated? Sure. And if this was a romantic trip with my husband maybe I would have cared more. But everything was very clean when we arrived and continued to be exemplary. Most importantly the service was amazing. Truly amazing. I want to hug each and every person who made each day awesome and tell them how proud of them I am. We rented a car to drive over from our stay with my parents so we didn’t have to rely on the shuttle to get to the Ritz Hotel on the beach a mile or so away. The sunset at Ritz Naples is AMAZING. We got a beach cabana one day and it was totally worth it. We had dinner at Gumbo Limbo two nights and it was delicious! Put your name on the list early…like 4:30 early. We went into town one night and had dinner at Bicylette and it was AMAZING!! This is a fantastic hotel for a family vacation. Read less
